Our ‘turn-around’ time from initially obtaining a request to provide a quotation is usually within

2 hours, after a few key pieces of information are provided and the address including postcode is obtained, we can search for the building via “google-earth” to assess its complexity, age and location. We are then able to give a competitive quote - our best and fair costing -  to carry out the Energy performance certificate (EPC).

Once the quote is accepted and an instruction is given, we can arrange to survey the building at the clients convenience - usually (if urgent) within several days.

Once all the data has been collected, an EPC can usually be produced within just 24-48 hours.

Giving piece of mind:

As with all qualified NDEA Assessors, we are audited periodically from our accreditation company and frequently achieve the highest grades possible. Therefore assuring you of our proficiency and capabilities. In the case of anything that produces a rating of F or G, we do not lodge the Energy performance certificate (EPCs) until you (the Client) has been made fully aware of the reasons, any potential ‘easy win’ improvements or any gaps that, on filling, could lift the rating.

• Every price quoted includes the standard landmark lodgement fee

• There is NO VAT to pay for our sevices

• We can produce floor plans for (EPCs) depending on complexity (at an additional cost) - at your request
